Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility window
We offer a refund within seven (7) days of the successful payment timestamp shown on your invoice, provided that you have consumed less than 25% of the course content (lectures viewed) at the time of the request.
2. Non-refundable items
- Live cohort sessions where the live event has already taken place.
- Time-bound masterclasses past their scheduled completion date.
- Daily-quiz prizes, badges, and gamification rewards.
- Any course where the refund window has elapsed.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@academy.pawanverma.co from your registered email address with:
- Your registered phone number.
- The Razorpay payment ID and our invoice number from your receipt.
- A short reason for the request.

4. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–10 business days. The exact credit timing depends on your bank or card issuer. On approval, your enrolment for the refunded course is revoked and any coupon applied to that order becomes available for re-use.
5. Cancellation by us
If a live cohort is cancelled by us before it begins, you will receive a full refund automatically, regardless of how much of the recorded material you have already consumed.
6. Disputes
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or with Razorpay. Most refund issues can be resolved within a business day on email or via the WhatsApp community.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force on the date of your payment is the version that applies to that payment.
