Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Craft Academy (academy.pawanverma.co), an online AI-training service operated by BRTNeura. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or taking the daily quiz, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a paid enrolment.

2. Account responsibilities

• Keep your phone number, email, and password secure.
• Do not share your account or login OTPs with anyone.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly post course videos, slides, or other paid content.
• Tamper with quiz scoring, streaks, leaderboards, or referral logic.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or replicate the site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with no refund where the violation is material.

4. Payments and pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay; by paying you also accept Razorpay's terms. We may change prices for future enrolments at any time, but a price you have already paid will not be retroactively increased.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Course content and licence

On payment we grant you a non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access the enrolled course content for personal, non-commercial use, for the duration stated in the course listing. We retain all intellectual-property rights in the content.

7. Daily quiz, points, and rewards

The daily quiz, leaderboard, badges, and reward programme are offered at our discretion. Reward eligibility, prize amounts, and eligibility windows may change with notice. Suspected tampering forfeits rewards.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance or update features without prior notice when necessary for security.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the academy is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
